ABP is a full featured suite with a very elegant interface in both dark and light versions.
Included skins are:

ABP is very easy to configure and customize, using the included configuration panel. Change colors, variables for weather location and other settings, applications you wish in the launcher, RSS feeds and more.
ABP's innovative tab structure allow you to have the most information available while saving screen space. ABP will remember your tab settings even if you restart Rainmeter.
